The problem

Real patient data is locked down and scarce, stalling the healthcare projects that need it most.

Our approach

Synth generates governed, lifelike synthetic patient populations and care journeys — never real PHI. An agent crew runs the pipeline: a Facilitator routes the work, a seeded FHIR cohort is generated, an agentic care-team timeline is simulated, and a Patient Judge scores medical plausibility before a TRiSM-gated Bronze → Silver → Gold promotion. Same seed, same run — fully reproducible. The crew is built to run as Agent-as-a-Service on Nexus, so every dataset stays governed and auditable.

The demo

A faithful recreation of our SyntheticCare app: pick a synthetic resident from the cohort, walk their case-history visit timeline — Patient State Summary plus generated transcript and vitals files — and run an AI trajectory analysis. The journey is seeded and reproducible, FHIR R4, with no real PHI. The live app is research-stage; this shows its real flow on data generated here.
