The same harness drives inbound agentic pipelines and outbound agents that mimic people — users, stakeholders, testers, support, and red-blue security teams. Inbound · Defense runs a governed data-operations pipeline: the Conductor classifies the request, the crew checks the knowledge base, fetches from official sources only, triangulates, redacts under clearance, and writes back a resolved artifact with full provenance. Outbound · Red-Blue runs an authorized security test of a banking app: CHIMERA red-teams, SENTRY blue-teams and hardens, across audited rounds with attacker and defender on different models.
