Max is grounded in a real trainer's method and wrapped in deterministic safety gates: aggression, medical, and severe-fear signals are caught before the model answers and handed to a vet or certified behaviorist by name — escalation, not refusal. Max runs on Claude today and is built to move onto Nexus, so its agents run governed as Agent-as-a-Service.
